EARLY MORNING POLICY

Earlymorning appointment from 7AM 9:30am appointment additional FEE is $25. IF early then 7am ( like 5am and 6 or 6:30am$50 ) $15 late fee after 10min 50% Non refundable booking FEE will secure Sunday Appointment after 3pm doubleservice amount of your APPOINTMENT. You will be contacted by your STYLIST after booking to get more details aboutyour hair before YOUR DEPOSIT.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We kindly requires a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. We understand that unforeseen things happen. We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice when cancelling your appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a $50 charge for each service provider, you were booked for. We will waive your first cancellation if the appointment is rebooked at time of cancellation. If you no show an appointment, you will be charged 50% for the service missed. A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment. 

This policy is strictly enforced.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

In the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, we allow up to 7 business days for you to contact the salon for a complementary adjustment with the original service provider or you can choose to use credit for a different service provider. 

(We do not offer refunds for services rendered)

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE

​In the event that you are unhappy with your product purchase, we allow up to 14 days for a product exchange ONLY.

The products need to be returned in their original packaging with no writing or labels on them. Returns that do not meet the conditions listed above may not be eligible for an exchange.

  • HEPA air filters installed in our salon which eliminate 99.9% of airborne particles
  • Barbicide Disinfectant applied to all surfaces and tools after each use. 
  • Actively encourage sick employees and clients to stay home.
